These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and platform connecting brands with physical display locations (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

1. Our Service

ShowSpace provides a platform that connects brands (“Brands”) with space owners or managers (“Display Partners”) to arrange offline product or promotional displays. We do not sell products directly, and we do not guarantee specific sales outcomes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use our Services.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Brands are responsible for ensuring their products and promotional materials are lawful, safe, and compliant with applicable regulations.

• Display Partners are responsible for providing a safe, accessible location and for ensuring the display does not violate their lease, local laws, or other agreements.

• You agree not to misuse our platform, send spam, or engage in illegal activity.

4. Payment & Fees

• Pricing for campaigns is agreed upon before the campaign begins.

• Payments must be made in full prior to display installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Display Partners will be paid after completion of the campaign, subject to the agreed payment schedule.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Campaign cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the scheduled start date to qualify for a full refund.

• After the campaign starts, payments are non-refundable except in cases of our error or agreement in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and materials on the platform belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide the platform “as is” and make no guarantees regarding traffic, sales, or customer engagement. We are not responsible for any damages, loss of revenue, or indirect losses.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold ShowOffline harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your products, or your displays.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse our Services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Your City].
